Gone are the days where Africans could freely congregate at The Lake on a beautiful summer afternoon in Oakland California. Simply driving around the lake could get your vehicle confiscated due to a no crusing law that was implemented shortly after one of the last Festival at the Lake. Thanks to a 'safe harbor' and no commercial interest, this discussion took place for over 2 hours without interruption.
